Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment in our facility. The role involves conducting preventative maintenance on various projects and equipment 20% of the time, while dedicating 80% of the time to maintaining production by troubleshooting stamping presses, automatic feeders, coil spoils, and other facility-related equipment. The position requires expertise in electrical troubleshooting, including 3 phase, 480V, and PLCs.

ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance on projects and equipment.Troubleshoot and maintain stamping presses, automatic feeders, and coil spoils.Perform electrical troubleshooting on 3 phase, 480V systems, and PLCs.Repair and maintain metal stamping presses.Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including welding carts and mounting sensors.Install, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic lines and sensors.Wire machinery and handle 480V, 3 phase electrical systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position offers opportunities to work on 2nd shift (2 PM to 10 PM) or 3rd shift (10 PM to 6 AM), with a 20-minute break for lunch. There may be occasional coverage on different shifts and some Saturdays. You will report to the Maintenance Manager on the 1st shift, working in a facility that promotes collaboration and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
