Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment. Your duties include mechanical and electrical repairs, breaking down machinery for cleaning, and starting up the machinery. You will work within a CMMS system for preventive maintenance and work orders. This position involves limited troubleshooting as the machines are not operational at night.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical repairs on food processing equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance using CMMS system.Break down machinery for cleaning and restart machinery post-cleaning.Limited troubleshooting due to machines not running at night.Essential SkillsExperience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, and conveyors.Familiarity with electrical control voltage, including 24V and 3 phase up to 480V.Ability to troubleshoot and interpret blueprints, GMPs, schematics, and hydraulic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious maintenance experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing plant with a refrigerated environment. Follow GMPs daily. Gowns and steel-toed boots are provided, and tools will be available both basic and specialty. Employees can choose to bring their own basic tools. Shifts available include: 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM). The first day involves orientation including GMP training, starting at 8 or 9 AM on Monday morning.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.

The cost for single coverage is around $100/ month. Family Coverage is around $250 / Month. No Deductible; $2500 max out of pocket per year for singles, $5000 for families.
401(k) Program
Client will match $1 for every $3 up to 2% of pay for all eligible employees after 1 year of service
