Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a leading company in the foodservice industry that specializes in developing and marketing high-quality products with innovative packaging solutions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, conveyor systems, and other vital components within the facility. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production lines, conveyor systems, cappers, fillers, labelers, palletizing equipment, boilers, and waste water systems. + Execute mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks with a focus on an 80/20 mechanical to electrical ratio. + Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motor drives, rollers, belts, bushels, bearings, and gear boxes. + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of experience in maintenance. + Experience with 480 Volt systems. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing AC/DC motor drives. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC Troubleshooting. + Experience in the food, flavor, beverage, and packaging industry. + Knowledge of boilers and compressors. + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps. + Any educational experience is highly regarded. + High School Diploma or GED. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
