Maintenance Technician
**Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians** All Shifts Available **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of new equipment, perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. The role involves working with various electrical systems, including 110 volt, 220 volt, and 480 volt setups such as pumps, motors, panel boxes, and PLCs. Additionally, the technician will be required to weld and fabricate as needed using Arc, MIG, TIG, and Stick methods. **Responsibilities** + Assist with the installation of new equipment. + Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Handle electrical systems including 110 volt, 220 volt, and 480 volt setups. + Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed (Arc, MIG, TIG, Stick). + Maintain and repair equipment such as furnaces, parts washers, hoists, forklifts, lift tables, and charge cars. + Utilize power tools, hand tools, plumbing tools, and electrical test equipment. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting (110V, 220V, 480V systems). + Mechanical maintenance and repair. + Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting. + Preventive maintenance. + Ability to read schematics and blueprints. + PLC troubleshooting. + Welding skills (Arc, MIG, TIG, Stick). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + High school diploma or GED. + Proficiency with various hand and industrial tools. + Comfortable working in varying climates, including heat and some outdoor work. + Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and in confined spaces. + Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, noise, and chemicals. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
