Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Location: 7360 City Center Ct, Providence Forge, VA 23140 Third Shift: Sun-Wed 8pm-6am Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machines running at peak performance? We’re looking for a Shift Mechanic who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide range of powered industrial equipment—including reach lifts, forklifts, stock pickers, rider jacks, and more. What You’ll Do: + Perform scheduled services and unscheduled repairs on powered equipment + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical (DC voltage) and hydraulic systems + Operate shop tools including press machines, drill presses, volt meters, and more + Research and order parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records + Work independently while following safe work procedures and lockout/tagout protocols What You Bring: + 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics and hydraulic systems + Formal training in Electronics and Hydraulics (post-high school) + Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills + Ability to communicate clearly—both written and verbal + Confidence working unsupervised and making sound decisions + Familiarity with shop equipment and safety procedures Bonus Points If You: + Are a self-starter who thrives on solving mechanical puzzles + Enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of your work + Take pride in keeping equipment running smoothly and safely Ready to power up your career?
