You’ll play a key role in ensuring our machinery runs at its best. From preventive and corrective maintenance to solving complex breakdowns, your technical expertise will directly optimize equipment efficiency and sustain production. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate across disciplines, and drive continuous improvements that strengthen our processes.
Your role:
Perform first-line (curative) repairs on a limited number of machines within a specific field of work.
Apply corrective repairs to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, electrical, or PLC-related issues, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety practices.
Support product and process renewal, advise and coach coworkers, and create or improve maintenance documentation.
Direct and coordinate contractor activities and provide day-to-day support to the Manufacturing Engineer or Manager.
Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum high school (9th grade diploma) required; technical studies in electronics, electromechanics, electrical, industrial maintenance, or related fields preferred. Equivalent training or relevant job experience may also be considered.
At least 2 years as a maintenance technician; experience in medical companies is desirable.
Electronics/electromechanical technical background; basic to intermediate English; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of GDPs, FDA regulations, QSR, ISO 13485, and Japan regulations is a plus.
Ability to perform self-training effectively using a combination of educational background and professional experience.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an onsite role. Shift A: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:36 pm.
