Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on elevators and escalators

Communicate updates to customers (callout ETAs, work completed)

Report work accurately in real-time systems

Ensure site safety and handle unplanned repairs

Manage tools, spare parts, and inventory

Requirements:

Technical background in mechanical/electrical fields

Experience in maintenance or field service

Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, customer-focused
