How you will contribute
You will:
Create Preventive Maintenance Procedures: Develop step-by-step instructions for routine maintenance tasks, ensuring our equipment is properly cared for and potential problems are identified early.Develop Lubrication Maps: Design visual guides showing lubrication points on equipment, ensuring proper lubrication and preventing equipment failure.Write Machine Working Principles: Explain how our machines function, providing technicians with a clear understanding of the equipment they are working on.Update Existing Documentation: Review and update existing maintenance documents to ensure accuracy and reflect any changes to equipment or procedures.Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians: Work closely with maintenance technicians to gather information and ensure the documentation is practical and easy to understand.Ensure Documentation Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.Other duties: This role is not limited to the tasks listed above. You may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed to support the Maintenance team.What you will bring
Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience in creating technical documentation, preferably in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Clear Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.More about this role
Required experience :
Technical documentation in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Preferred experience ( Good to have )
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP.Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.Experience in the food or beverage industry.Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field will be preferred .Job specific requirements:

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $61,100 to $84,040; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
