Pay:
- Hourly Rate: $43.27- $57.69 /HR (based on experience)
- Shift Premium: $1.50/HR

What is the required shift?
Rotating shift between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift (must be available for all three)
1st shift: 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm
3rd shift: 11pm- 7:30am
"4th Shift": OFF 5 days in a row
Weekend Hours: 12 hour shift

Job Purpose?
Responsible for providing efficient, safe, and reliable leadership to the shift maintenance team. This role involves indirect management, planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the site’s manufacturing equipment, utilities, and factory infrastructure.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or higher
3+ years of maintenance technician experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines
Understanding of electrical understanding (e.g. AC/DC Electrical up to 480VAC, 3 Phase etc)
Knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc)
Prior experience in developing and coaching peers
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.)
Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping.
Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.
Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum 8 hours/ shift).
Ability to work in varies manufacturing environments and non-temperature-controlled rooms.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical/Trade Certification or technical degree
Industrial electrical experience
5+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting process and packaging systems in a manufacturing environment
Previous manufacturing experience
PLC/Instrumentation troubleshooting skills
What will be my Key Responsibilities?
Assist technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and calibrating electrical sensing devices and instrumentation, including:
Photoelectric, inductive, capacitive, pressure, temperature, weight, position sensors
Flow and analytical instruments
480V electrical power systems
Instrumentation, motor controls, VFDs, servos, I/O devices/modules, PLCs, and HMIs
Indirectly coach, coordinate, and develop the technical team
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to established safety permits, OSHA regulations, escalation protocols, corrective actions, and food safety risk assessments
Support factory utilities infrastructure, including air compressors, boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems
Initiate Breakdown Analyses (BDAs) for failures that meet the BDA trigger criteria
Perform ad hoc requests as needed
