Maintenance Tech V, Lead

Basic Qualifications

Electrical or HVAC training certificate required   Minimum of 10+ Years of Maintenance Experience Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility is required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITRA defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (ie. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
 

Benefits/Salary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Good communication skills & know basic shop math
•    Ability to work in fast paced environment                                               
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies and procedure in English                         
•    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required                                                       
•    Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly               
•    Able to follow and carryout instructions
•    Ability to perform LOTO 
•    Ability to operate Mobile Equipment
•    Knowledge of basic shop tools 
•    Able to do gauging and measuring     
•    Knowledge of basic machine mechanics                                                                                                                                     
•    Basic computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Work Order Database)
•    Able to assist with basic tasks assigned by lead, supervisor, or more senior maintenance tech with basic electrical and/or mechanical work orders
•    Must be Mobile Equipment Operator Certified
•    Able to use Express Maintenance Proficiently
•    Able to do moderate PLC troubleshooting
•    Advanced knowledge and demonstration of troubleshooting maintenance work orders related to mechanical repairs 
•    Advanced troubleshooting skills for all shop floor machinery
•    Advanced level fabrication/sheet metal work 
•    Advanced knowledge of advanced machine mechanics, and pneumatics 
•    Thorough knowledge of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
•    Electrical or HVAC training certificate required
•    Must have ability to understand basic Microsoft Office programs
•    Able to use express maintenance 
•    Hold and lead Daily Management Meetings
•    Hold and lead Toolbox Training Sessions
