Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Tech
**Location:** Greenville, SC
**Shift:** 3rd shift (2-2-3 schedule) with training on 1st shift from 7AM to 3PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform maintenance duties to keep production and auxiliary equipment operational
+ Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and online resources
+ Utilize skills in pneumatics, PLC, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems
+ Participate in safety and regulatory training to ensure compliance
+ Accurately document labor time and detailed resolutions in maintenance work orders
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues independently
+ Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
+ Willingness to work a 3rd shift schedule and undergo training on 1st shift
+ Forklift certification required
+ Medical surveillance and OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification is preferred but not mandatory
