About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic & Electrician to join our team in Delray Beach. This role is critical to keeping our food manufacturing equipment running smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical repairs on food manufacturing equipment.Diagnose and fix electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, and control systems.Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Collaborate with production teams to quickly resolve equipment problems.Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.QualificationsExperience as a maintenance mechanic or electrician in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of food manufacturing equipment preferred.Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics.Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems.Commitment to safety standards and compliance with regulations.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage: $23 – $32/hour (based on experience).Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for overtime and career growth.
