Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting building upkeep and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay Range: $16 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

Perform general repairs such as drywall, painting, and fixing doors and fixtures Conduct routine maintenance on building systems to ensure proper operation Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the facilities, including power washing and floor mopping Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance tasks Gather, transport, and organize materials and supplies from the supply room to work areas

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
