Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on complex machinery and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read ladder logic
Experience with starters, relays, VFDs, and PLCs
Experience working on complex machinery
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems (480V and 120V)
Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment repairing CNC machines
Technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Availability to work 2pm–10pm (Mon–Fri) after 3–6 months of training on 1st shift (6am–2pm)
Willingness to work overtime once trained
Preferred Skills:
Experience with DMG Mori, Okuma, Okamoto, and Toyoda machines
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, pipe fitting, welding, light machining, and equipment repairs
Install, align, and assemble new equipment
Conduct repairs to facility systems including lighting and plumbing
Work across all plant departments including turning, grinding, heat treat, assembly, and support equipment
Follow safety protocols and complete required documentation
Support continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and 5S initiatives
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
