Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our apartment complex team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. • Patch drywall, paint, and perform minor carpentry work. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, including hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces. • Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and repairs. • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and tools. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. • Provide emergency maintenance support as required. Compensation: $30/hr to $34/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods. • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
