Description:

This role would be focused on change communications so experience with both comms and change programs is essential.

Key Responsibilities include:
•    Develop and implement communications plans that align with the overarching programme strategy, tailored to the specific needs and impact areas of the assigned workstream.
•    Advise senior leaders and programme stakeholders on effective messaging, timing, and channels to support change readiness and engagement.
•    Produce high-quality communication materials, including strategic messaging frameworks, executive briefings, presentations, FAQs, internal announcements, and engaging digital content.
•    Ensure consistency in communications, aligning with Glanbia’s messaging and reflecting the organisational culture and values.
•    Support stakeholder engagement by facilitating dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and ongoing communication loops.
•    Collaborate closely with Change, HR, and Workstream leads to identify people impacts, communication risks, and opportunities, and proactively address emerging issues.
•    Support execution of transformation communications, ensuring alignment with messaging set by the transformation comms lead and Glanbia’s corporate team.
•    Measure the effectiveness of communications efforts and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
•    Contribute to cross-programme communication planning, ensuring alignment and coherence across all workstreams.
•    Collaborate with the broader change and readiness team to ensure cross-functional alignment, share best practices, and maintain a consistent approach.
Skills Required:
•    Extensive experience in driving internal and change communications across large-scale transformation programmes within complex, matrixed organisations.
•    Proven ability to think strategically while delivering high-quality, tactical communications in fast-paced environments.
•    Demonstrated expertise in advising and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide sound communications counsel.
•    Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic, action-oriented approach.
•    Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
•    Strong planning and organisational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
•    Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions, levels, and geographies, with the ability to influence and align diverse perspectives.
•    Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics, dependencies, and functional operations.
•    Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, such as intranet systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and email distribution tools (e.g., Poppulo).
•    High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
•    Agile, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced transformation environments

Must have attended and graduated from a Vocational School / Tech School



Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.75 per hour
