**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader that is responsible to support the continuing success and improvement of factory operations by day-to-day leadership and coaching of the Skilled Trades' group, using Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) / Total Productivity Management (TPM) tools to achieve the department's objectives and accomplish factory Operational Master Plan (OMP) targets while ensuring all work is conducted safely with the observance of personal and food safety regulations.

**A day in the life of a Maintenance Team Leader**
**M&I: Maintenance & Improvement :**
Enable world class maintenance execution in Operations by providing asset maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using Total Productivity Management (TPM) as the multi-disciplinary approach to maintain / improve fixed assets, and an Asset Management System (AMM) to manage their life cycle).
**Budget Management:**
Support efficient execution in building the maintenance budget (zero-based), supported with foreseen planned maintenance data for each asset in line with Nestle guidelines.
**Technical Stores:**
Support the management of the technical stores by optimising spare parts requirements in advance of planned maintenance activities in support of an effective technical store management process.
**Energy/Water/SHE Management:**
Ensure the planning & execution of maintenance activities are in consideration of constraints on employee and food safety and energy / water consumption.
**Asset Intensity:**
Support continuous improvement in factory’s Asset Intensity by ensuring reduction in equipment down time and improved reliability.
**Build Maintenance Capability & Lead Process Mastership:**
Develop self competencies & expertise in an assigned Process & Technology
Lead, Participate in, and Support Technology Improvement Initiatives
Create and manage process competency building plans (CBP) for peers and direct reports.

**You will also have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering is preferred,
+ 5 years’ experience in handling maintenance role, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as an Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, or other similar position)
+ Participated in a basic SHE and Food Safety training.
+ Actively collaborated in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment and/or production line(s).
+ Participated in multi-disciplinary teams that have been engaged in process optimisation.
+ Required competencies to define, develop and proactively track KPIs/Objectives.
+ The capability to provide technical support to the skilled trades where appropriate or obtain support from other groups (i.e.: Engineering, Technical Stores, Technical Services, 3rd party resources, etc.)
+ To collaborate effectively with Production Peers & Team Leaders to achieve minimal equipment downtime and ensure all stoppages are coded accurately in Digital Manufacturing Operation (DMO). Review DMO regularly for reporting accuracy.
