In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shiftYou will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvementPrepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your roleFunction as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occurYou will assist with the effective training and continual development of Maintenance TechniciansOngoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followedAlso you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goalIn addition you will be responsible for equipment rebuildsYou will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain mechanical equipment & systemsAlso, you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies business needsYou will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipmentMonitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parametersTo maintain and updates control documentsYou will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems
