Maintenance Support Supervisor Country/Region: US Location: Marshall, IL, US, 62441 Req ID 81560 | Elec Op - Marshall, United States ZF Active Safety and Electronics US LLC **About the team:** The Maintenance Support Supervisor oversees facility maintenance operations, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure projects while leading a multi-shift team to improve equipment availability and support various site initiatives. This role requires strong technical, leadership, and project management skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **What you can look forward to as a Maintenance Support Supervisor:** + Manage indirect (MRO) purchased parts, consumables, supplies, labor costs and replacement tooling using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and related processes. + Using the CMMS reconcile the items consumed to the reorder part numbers and quantities. + Lead cost reduction efforts with MRO inventory. + MRO / Spare Parts Inventory accuracy. + Evaluate the restocking order quantities using historic usage data to maintain adequate spare parts stock in a cost-effective manner + Supervises stockroom activities and employees. + Oversee the part and component repairs by utilizing the RGO (Returns Good Order) process + Understand the management of the CMMS preventative maintenance system which includes overseeing the generation of preventative maintenance work orders, creating and editing the associated tasks. + Understand and support the equipment calibration system. + Ability to track equipment downtime with the CMMS systems in place and support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment availability. + Support internal and external audits of the CMMS system as it applies to the preventative maintenance and provide firsthand explanation upon request. Be prepared to be interviewed by auditors in a competent manner. + Participate on the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team, cost reductions, project status report, and audits. + Procure spare parts for auxiliary process / support equipment. + Assists the Engineering department with developing spare part inventory for new infrastructure and process machinery. + Completes other duties as assigned. + Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures. **Your profile as a Maintenance Support Supervisor:** + Associates degree in a related field required. Four-year degree in a related field preferred. + 1-2 years previous supervisory experience is required. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + Strong written and verbal communications skills. + Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to read and interpret drawings and work in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines. + Team leadership skills and the capability to communicate and influence at the plant staff level. + Proficient in MRP system (SAP). + Proficient in personal computing software (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint). **Why you should choose ZF in Marshall, IL:** The expected base compensation for this role is $73,000 - $110,000 annually.
