Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for night shift to oversee manufacturing plant maintenance and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing plant Proficiency in AutoCAD for design assistance

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of OSHA programs and MSDS management Familiarity with Environmental regulations

Responsibilities:

Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Upgraders Oversee maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment Ensure adherence to Magna Employee Charter and Corporate Constitution Manage Employee Opinion Survey results Assist departments with maintenance needs Support Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality teams with fixtures and gages design Conduct safety inspections, audits, and implement action plans

Pay Details: $70.00 to $85.00 per hour
