**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and operations, supervising 3-5 maintenance technicians across two shifts. Your role will include managing inventory and spare parts tracking systems, prioritizing and managing CMMS and PM programs, and supervising day-to-day tasks and their completion. Additionally, you will generate reports to track maintenance expenditures and machine downtime. This hands-on role requires working alongside other technicians, completing PMs, and performing reactive maintenance on coil processing equipment, shear cutters, conveyors, rollers, hydraulics, pneumatics, drop tables, motors, gears, bearings, forklifts, and more. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and oversee the maintenance department and operations. + Manage a team of 3-5 maintenance technicians across two shifts. + Oversee inventory and spare parts tracking systems. + Prioritize and manage CMMS and PM programs. + Supervise day-to-day tasks and ensure their completion. + Generate reports to track maintenance expenditures and machine downtime. + Perform hands-on maintenance, including PMs and reactive maintenance on various equipment. + Grow, develop, and train the entire maintenance department. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that is continuing to grow and offers a supportive and dynamic work environment.
