Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Philadelphia,PA

Pay Range: $66,000 - $98,300

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure operational efficiency Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for all production, support, and facility equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution of repairs and inspections Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractor work meets site standards

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in beverage manufacturing or similar industry Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance best practices Proven leadership and team development skills Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, FDA, etc.) Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP is preferred
