**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our production machines and plant facilities. You will be responsible for enforcing company policies, performing installations, and maintaining equipment to meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies and procedures.
+ Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
+ Set up and troubleshoot packaging machines and lines.
+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test and make adjustments.
+ Observe machine operations to ensure the quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
+ Regulate machine flow or speed.
+ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
+ Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Essential Skills
+ Experience leading a team with core leadership characteristics.
+ Minimum of 3 years in the foods, packaging, printing, powder, pharma, or similar industry.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
+ Basic familiarity with motors, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, fillers, and scaling systems.
+ Experience with single and three-phase equipment and voltages up to 480.
+ Experience with basic electrical testing equipment (volt meter, amp meter, ohm meter).
+ Willingness to be hands-on, including working on changeovers over the weekend.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prefer 2+ years of lead experience.
+ Welding experience.
+ Ability to understand PLCs and connect laptops to different brands of PLCs.
+ Experience with Bosch vertical bagger systems.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and inviting, reminiscent of a coffee and bakery shop. It is a GMP environment with high-speed packaging equipment, predominantly for dry goods such as powders. The facility is well-lit, spacious, and poised for expansion. There is one opening on the 1st shift (6:00 pm - 2:30 am) and one on the 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 am), with overtime after shifts and major projects on weekends.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr.
