Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities in a non-union, 24/7 manufacturing facility producing plastic housing for batteries.

Requirements:

Prior leadership experience required. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of PLCs, HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and electrical and mechanical equipment.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline preferred. Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day maintenance activities for the building/facility and production equipment. Perform complex electrical installation and repair work. Supervise and coordinate the work of employees maintaining facility and machinery. Schedule, prioritize, assign work, train staff, hire personnel, and address performance issues.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year
