Job Description One of Insight Global's top property management companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and functionality of Apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, especially with HVAC systems, and who can seamlessly coordinate with vendors and communicate clearly across teams. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements Operational Efficiency: Provide clear updates to property managers and residents regarding work status Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements HVAC Certification(s) (universal EPA or 608 certs are preferred) 3+ years of experience as a hands-on maintenance technician in a commercial or residential environment (facilities maintenance applicable as well) THIS POSITION REQUIRES DRIVING A COMPANY CAR AND WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATES TO UNDERGO AN MVR
