Maintenance SupervisorWhat this job involves:As a Maintenance Supervisor at JLL, you'll sustain our comprehensive Facility Management Program by providing direct supervision of operational support personnel, including managing JLL UAW Trades scheduling for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance work, and project workloads. We support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams, and you'll demonstrate this by leading diverse maintenance personnel, mobile equipment technicians, and housekeeping staff while ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll serve as a key point of communication with building occupants regarding project status while collaborating closely with the Maintenance Manager on outstanding issues and special projects. What your day-to-day will look like:Manage and schedule JLL UAW trades personnel, mobile equipment technicians, and general housekeeping staff while overseeing vendor contracts as requiredCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs across HVAC/R systems, building exhaust systems, elevator maintenance, and utility systemsOversee power systems including electrical substations, switchgear, emergency power systems, UPS systems, and standby generatorsManage building automation systems, monitoring systems, data centers, security systems, and energy conservation initiativesEnsure compliance with life safety systems including fire sprinkler systems, smoke/fire detection, fire extinguishers, and evacuation plansPerform safe operating tours, investigate and implement assigned projects, and provide on-site coverage during weekend productionMaintain fleet management operations including scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and spare parts inventory managementRequired qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities ManagementMinimum of 2 years industry experience in maintenance supervisionStrong organizational and management skills with proven ability to provide direction to staffExcellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation abilities • Computer skills proficiency requiredExperience managing union trades personnel and understanding of UAW operationsPreferred qualifications:Experience with building automation and monitoring systems • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and emergency response proceduresFamiliarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologiesBackground in fleet management and mobile equipment operationsExperience managing vendor contracts and outside contractor supervisionLocation:
