The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Maintenance Supervisor improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves the efficiency and increase asset utilization within the MB. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD) for the MB. + Schedule the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team for maintenance execution. + Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in-process. + Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity. + Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program and compliance with the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work adherence. + Monitor compliance with Division TLM standards. + Lead a continuous improvement culture within the MB.
