Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding maintenance teams, ensuring the optimal functioning of facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising maintenance technicians, as well as developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules.
ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians, delegating tasks effectively.Develop and implement maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks for timely completion.Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential problems.Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and implement preventative maintenance programs.Manage budgets, track expenditures, and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.Analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues, providing technical assistance and guidance to your team.Communicate effectively with other departments, management, and vendors, providing regular reports on maintenance activities and performance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
