You will be the Maintenance Supervisor for our production team. Our team is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure seamless operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
• Hiring, training, and overseeing workers to ensure effective repair procedures
• Analyzing machine data to inform repair decisions
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and regulations

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Must be a U.S. citizen and be capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance. Must obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
-Must possess a valid drivers license.
-Must possess 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
-Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
Desired Skills:
-Knowledge and use of preventative/predictive maintenance technologies and applications.
-Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity.
-Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems.
-Must be capable of communicating with vendors and customers.
-Team building/team engagement skills.
-Boiler License
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
