**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Leading and overseeing maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
+ Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
+ Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
+ Managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to support effective maintenance operations.
+ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards while promoting a culture of workplace safety.

**Work Environment**
This role operates in an industrial environment, requiring physical activity, exposure to various weather conditions, and the ability to respond to operational needs. Safety is a priority, and all employees are expected to follow established protocols and guidelines.

+ $75,300 to $89,500 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
