Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Leading and overseeing maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. + Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and enhance productivity. + Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with a focus on continuous improvement. + Managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to support effective maintenance operations. + Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards while promoting a culture of workplace safety. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide maintenance teams and drive operational excellence. + Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, with a focus on efficiency and safety. + Ability to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks while adapting to evolving operational needs. + Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. + Commitment to fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and adherence to safety protocols. **Work Environment** This role operates in an industrial environment, requiring physical activity, exposure to various weather conditions, and the ability to respond to operational needs.
