Career Opportunity:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations using precision and preventative maintenance to maximize plant and production equipment uptime. In this role, you will be a servant leader impacting the development of craftsmen by providing coaching to ensure adherence to preferred maintenance practices to maximize efficiency and safety.

Assist and provide direction to craftsmen of troubleshooting equipment to mitigate downtimeMonitor and approve inventory orders to control storeroom spend according to planned budgetEnsure compliance and proper use of parts and equipment according to preferred maintenance practicesOversee craftsmen’s compliance with corporate, division, plant safety and environmental rules and proceduresLead development and implementation of continuous process improvement of reliability plans in the plantDemonstrate ownership of business and management goals by effectively leading craftsmen to align objectivesLead safety efforts by identifying high-risk situations, conducting safety meetings, and coordinating maintenance related safety activitiesProvide leadership and coaching in safety, training, and work allocation to uphold the standards of maximum safety for all maintenance employeesCollaborate with operations and mechanical leaders to plan, schedule and execute daily and break-in work and to increase measured reliability metrics
What you need to succeed:
2-year technical degree in a Maintenance related discipline or related work experience – Required.3+ years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field – Required.Working knowledge of maintenance techniques and equipment (i.e. pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes)Safety mindset with thorough understanding of safety policies and proceduresInitiative to solve problems and take independent action.Great communication with the ability to adjust communication style and interact across all levels of the organizationAble to exhibit a ‘can-do’ approach and inspire others to excelMust be organized with great time management to manage multiple prioritiesWhat we offer:
