We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What you will do:** + Executes the daily production schedule through the utilization of people, material, machine, and processes to meet customer requirements, schedule compliance, and cost objectives + Work with other Team Leaders and employees throughout the organization, cooperating to assure the production processes support the production plan and customer requirements + Assures appropriate quality checks, PM’s and audits are performed by operators to provide product and process quality + Responsible for employee job training, employee performance, wage and contract administration, employee discipline, policies and procedures, attendance and vacation schedules, labor reporting, inventory accuracy, etc. + Develop and implement improvements in the areas of throughput, cycle time and inventory reduction. Coordinate process problems that involve deviation from standard conditions **What you will bring:** + 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing. + Bachelor's degree preferred, work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. + Previous experience in a team leadership role of at least 3 years. + Excellent verbal communication skills in dealing with all levels of organization + Understanding of Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma application and usage **Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:** $60,000.00 - $86,169.99 **Compensation Type:** Salary **Incentive Eligible:** No **Sales Commission Eligible:** No **Disclaimer** : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
