Maintenance Supervisor 3
This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of molding operations by coordinating maintenance, solving complex equipment issues, and driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement while guiding and supporting the technical team.
Your role:
Coordinate and support molding operations by providing technical assistance on molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment.
Lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and complex repairs, to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Supervise and mentor technicians, offering training, coaching, and technical guidance to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
Optimize resources and performance by managing budgets, spare parts, and improvement projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s (or higher) in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering preferred; or equivalent experience with at least 5 years supervising maintenance areas.
Strong knowledge of molds, mechanical equipment, CNC, laser welding, high-precision machines, and surface finishing; skilled in spare parts and KPI management.
Experience with tooling/fixturing, plus proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks; working knowledge of production processes and MS Office.
Proven ability to lead teams, assess and escalate issues effectively, mentor staff, and drive solutions.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
