Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

What will you do?Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipmentPerforms preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipmentOrders parts and maintains inventorySafely operates small power tools and other maintenance toolsCompletes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely mannerReviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the ManagerPerforms other duties as assigned

More about youMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory positionExperience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building tradesMust possess a valid driver’s licenseNo college degree required

Physical requirementsManual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paintAbility to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
