The 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor will manage and direct project, maintenance, and set-up activities throughout the Morgantown site. Over-all responsibilities include quality, timeliness, and functional testing of work performed.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, train, supervise, evaluate, and coach assigned maintenance personnel.Assist Engineer(s) and Manager(s) with project planning and contractor supervision on major new equipment installation projects (such as new furnaces, major modifications, upgrades, re-build etc.)Recommend, oversee, and review modifications as needed and recognized.Coordinate and supervise repairs using qualified personnel. Schedule / supervise repairs to the various melt shop equipment.Coordinate preventive maintenance activities of equipment to minimize the possibility of unscheduled failures and to optimize the frequency of these activities.

 Education and Experience
