Talking Rock Ranch is hiring for a Maintenance Staff position!

 

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required. Offer Full time or Part time with a starting pay of $18/hr 

Essential Duties:  

Emptying trash cans on the property daily.  Leaf blowing exterior walkways and patios daily.  Pressure washing floors, loading dock and patios.  Deep cleaning interior and exterior floors.  Helping keep pool towels stocked.  Assisting housekeeping department when needed.  Assisting with event setups.  Tents, chairs etc.  Light maintenance work including painting, changing HVAC filters etc.  Handyman projects.  Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Education/Experience: 

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Physical Demands: 

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds. 

Environment/Noise: 

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate. 

Certificates/Licenses: 

No certifications or licenses are required.
