As a Maintenance Sr Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting building operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Sr Technician **Location:** Waukegan, IL **Pay Range:** **What's the Job?** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
