Maintenance Specialist I - Plymouth - FT

SUMMARY

Performs or assists in a variety of general maintenance tasks related to the facility infrastructure. Normally works under direct supervision.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required. Vocational/Trades school or post high school vocational training/education is beneficial. Valid Driver’s License (Class III) is required.

EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of general maintenance/repair techniques typically acquired by 1-2 years of experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.

SKILLS

Demonstrated mechanical trades/crafts aptitude is preferred.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays or during off-hours.
