We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to help keep Three Oaks Community Park clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Duties and Responsibilities What You Will Do You will help take care of the park each day. Your main duties include: + Get sports fields and courts ready for safe play + Clean public restrooms every day + Empty trash cans and pick up litter daily + Mow grass, trim plants, water, weed, and plant flowers + Check playgrounds, buildings, and equipment for damage or safety issues + Lock and unlock park buildings at opening and closing times + Use hand tools and small machines safely + Drive and use mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles + Do basic repairs on tools and equipment when needed + Use cleaning supplies in a safe, eco-friendly way + Help youth leagues and visitors when needed + Be polite and professional when talking with the public + Work outdoors in all seasons Other duties may be assigned as needed. Education, Experience, Licensing What We’re Looking For Education & Experience + High school diploma or GED + 6 months of maintenance or similar work Required + Valid driver’s license with a good driving record + First Aid and CPR certification within 6 months of hire Preferred + Customer service experience + Basic math skills Supplemental Information Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Why Join Us?
