Join Our Team as a Maintenance Specialist! KidsPeace is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Graham Lake Campus in Ellsworth, Maine. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supervising a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing physical environment for our facilities. Key Responsibilities: + Perform general maintenance and repairs on all facility buildings. + Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and utility systems. + Ensure all agency vehicles are safe and in good working condition. + Maintain facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas, ensuring they are free from hazards. + Track and maintain data, file reports as needed, and participate in required training sessions. Qualifications: + High School Diploma required. + At least two years of relevant experience preferred. + General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs preferred. + Driver's license required.
