The Maintenance Shop supervisor will responsible for maintenance activities on the working machine and shop fixture and adjustments and fine-tuning on machine and equipment. The Maintenance Shop supervisor will analyze the cause of malfunctions, failure mode and repetitive troubles on the working machine collaborating with the Maintenance manager, supervisors of the production line and Contractors.

As Maintenance Shop supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in ManufacturingMinimum of 3 additional years of experience in Equipment MaintenanceStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to influence others and lead small teamsLead initiatives of moderate scope and impactAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously
