**_Maintenance Sales Representative (HVAC) – $74K Base + Commission + Car Allowance_** **Location:** Gaithersburg, MD and Surrounding Areas **Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday We are seeking a results-driven **Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR)** to join our team and help grow our HVAC service business in Gaithersburg and the surrounding region. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on generating new business and selling at least **$250,000 in HVAC maintenance contracts annually** . **Responsibilities:** + **Prospect & Qualify:** Cold call, conduct site surveys, and identify new business opportunities. + **Sell Service Contracts:** Prepare and present compelling HVAC maintenance proposals. + **Build Relationships:** Develop strong, cooperative relationships with clients and internal teams. + **Collaborate:** Work closely with the Service Department and Project Sales Representatives to ensure smooth project handoffs. + **Stay Organized:** Manage your time, leads, and documentation effectively to meet sales goals. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. + **Experience:** Prior sales experience is required; HVAC or technical sales is a plus. + **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. + **Preferred:** Completion of a formal sales training program. **Key Competencies:** + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Self-motivated and persistent + Excellent time management and attention to detail + Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Compensation & Benefits:** + Base Salary: $74,000 + Quarterly Commission + Monthly Car Allowance + Gas Card and E-ZPass + Company-Paid Medical, Dental, Life, and Long-Term Disability Insurance + 15 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) + Tuition Reimbursement
