Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Performs and assists repairs to buildings owned and operated by DOTD. + Make repairs such as but not limited to unclogging drains, plumbing, replace light bulbs, HVAC filters, broken windows, ceiling tiles & floor tiles. + Perform repairs to hot water heaters, water fountains, and small equipment such as lawn mowers and weed eaters. + Performs carpentry work such as hanging doors, and repair to walls, floors and structures; repairs to water lines; repairs to door locks and door hinges. + Performs painting, sanding and scraping on buildings, fences and curbing. + May be required to install and/or repair fencing. + Performs pressure washing & graffiti removal. + Provide assistance to other trades.
