Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering; OR Twelve semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Performs documented maintenance/preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment and outside equipment. + Performs routine maintenance to sewage treatment plant; Chlorinator; Lift Station; and Power Plant. + Performs maintenance on all major cooling and heating units at the site location. + Performs as needed maintenance to the ventilation/fire control stove hood system. + Performs related electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, plastering work as needed. + Performs daily maintenance tasks in the form of electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work. + Performs as needed maintenance on equipment. + Monitors and documents the facility's oxygen vacuum system.
