MAINTENANCE REPAIRER 1-2/ WADDILL OUTDOOR REFUGE This position is responsible for Office of Wildlife maintenance needs of the Waddill Outdoor Refuge. Incumbent will conduct maintenance and repairs on physical structures, power equipment, and grounds. Position must operate a variety of power equipment including tractors, mowers, ATV’s, and power tools to ensure all grounds, trails, and roads are maintained for public use. Weekends and some night work is required. Physical demands are moderate to strenuous which include lifting objects 50 pounds unassisted and more than 50 pounds with assistance and working in outdoor weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or as a parks building and grounds attendant; OR Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.
