What You Will Do:

Monitoring and maintaining MRO inventory and procurement operations for the facility; this role ensures our facility maintains adequate supplies for routine and emergency repairs and general operational suppliesWork in partnership with procurement buyers and maintenance staff to support site goals and keep the plant running with limited production downtime related to maintenanceKnowledgeable of SLA agreement responsibilities & Facilities Site StandardsManage PO’s & invoicesManage RFQ’s and down-select of future facility vendor contracts for siteEHS desk / SMART Site AdminPrepare, solicit and analyze bid requests for indirect suppliesUnpack purchased material, verify product against packing slip and stock parts after receipt into inventory by placing material into correct storage locationEvaluate stock levels and inactive stockVerify on-hand inventory quantities to accurately identify reorder needs on every itemSupport Facilities Maintenance operational procedures that will serve to remove obstacles for the maintenance personnel and promote equipment uptimeTrack repair material expenses against the budgetParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiativesAssist in tracking project expenditures as neededIdentify and evaluate new supplier candidatesEvaluates existing supplier performancesLead investigation and resolve inventory issues, billing issues, and any other issues that may ariseIdentify cost savings initiatives related to spare parts inventoryVendor Managed Inventory CoordinatorMay be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skillsKnowledgeable of SLA agreement responsibilities & Facilities Site StandardsSAP TEM proficient supporting 100% F&S organizational compliance to EHS trainingContractor Coordinator (level 3) supportContractor Coordinator duties include creating JSA’s, performing required audits, and reviewing JSA’s with new employeesWork and maintain Contractor Approval system to allow approved contractors on site

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required1+ Year of related work experienceWork effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger teamMust have personal computer skillsAbility to interact with vendors and plant personnel from all departmentsGood communication skillsMust be able to work overtime when required

Qualifications We Prefer:

2-5 years of experience in an inventory or maintenance environmentCompetent knowledge of inventory control and procurement as well as knowledge of parts/supplies used in an industrial maintenance environmentKnowledge of plant systems and equipmentAble to receive constructive feedback and adapt to change within a dynamic environment, viewing obstacles as opportunitiesDemonstrate the application of structured problem-solving methods and tools

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
