Maintenance & Production Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /annuallyThird Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

Job Details

Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issuesCoordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or servicesMaintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standardsAssist in equipment upgrades and facility improvementsSupervise and support daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and safetyLead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals

Maintenance & Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience 2 years of supervisor experienceKnowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and facility operations Ability to read schematics
