As a Maintenance Production Control Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials to meet production schedules. You'll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process and procedural improvements. Connecting to the broader business, you will ensure on-time delivery for customers by forward planning, optimizing inventory and supporting fulfilment.
As a Maintenance Production Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Providing maintenance planning documents to workshop based on Event Based Maintenance
· Working with AMO locations in regards to Repair Material Authorization maintenance, logistics and cost aspects
· Performing quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates in MaPS/SAP/AWC
· Interpreting data, analyze results and provide weekly KPI Flash & ongoing reports
· Performing analysis on KPI to assess state of Production and Delivery.
· Working with Supervisors & Leads to identify process improvement opportunities & modifications to aid in prioritizing business needs.
· Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
· Creating visualizations such as dashboards or graphs that stakeholders can use to track progress toward goals.
· Applying LEAN Techniques to resource and document planning

· Have Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
· Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings with analysis and summary.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge in LEAN Process & Techniques.
· Degree in Industrial Engineering or IT related field preferred.
