POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Optimize maintenance to improve the equipment availability, reduce downtime & repairs cost, through the implementation of a maintenance guidebook based on the maintenance best practices, failure analysis, and predictive technology.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventive activities review & improvement in coordination with manufacturer & internal / external stakeholders.
Standardize Work orders with a clear form for technicians
Create spare parts models & link with PM taks.
Validate Spare parts catalog Criticality & availability.
Upgrade PM routines with parameters data for Quality assurance (maintenance process & product).
Identify Special tooling and new technologies to improve PM execution.
Optimize PM frequencies according to real equipment needs through predictive, historical data.
Identify specific training needs for the maintenance activities.
Create work order models based on historical data.
Documented work instructions for maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting.
