Maintenance Planner
**Position Summary** **Nestlé Broadford is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler/** **Technical Administrator** **to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and systems expertise who can coordinate maintenance activities, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless communication across departments.** **You will play a key role in supporting the Engineering Manager and trades team by ensuring maintenance plans are executed efficiently, leveraging SAP and other planning tools like Microsoft applications to align resources, schedules, and compliance requirements.** **A day in the life** Reporting to the Engineering Manager and acting as the key liaison with other departments and operational users, key responsibilities include: + Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across the factory, ensuring alignment with production priorities. + Use SAP (intermediate to advanced level) to manage work orders, track spare parts, and maintain accurate records. + Create and run reports and tools to manage the work orders on Excel. + Support technical stores management by linking planned activities with required materials and tools. + Prepare and maintain documentation for permits, compliance, and safety requirements. + Assist in building and monitoring the maintenance budget through accurate data entry and reporting. + Provide administrative support to the Engineering Manager and trades team, including KPI tracking and reporting. + Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of maintenance plans. **What will make you successful** + 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or technical support role, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering environments. + Strong SAP skills (intermediate to advanced), with experience in work order management and scheduling. + Good exposure on Microsoft applications like excel, etc. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities. + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams. + Experience in scheduling, compliance documentation, and supporting technical teams preferred. + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to track progress against defined KPIs. **Benefits** You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
